South Oxford Science Village (also known as Land South of Grenoble Road) was allocated for the development of 3,000 new homes in the South Oxfordshire Local Plan which was adopted by South Oxfordshire District Council at a meeting of the full Council held on 10 December 2020.
The Local Plan is subject to a potential judicial review challenge. Whether this proceeds will be known by the end of the month and the South Oxford Science Village partners will provide further updates as the planning process progresses.
